This action is permanent. You should only confirm it if you are sure you no longer want your EasyKeys account or synced learning history.
Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, support emails, or infrastructure logs where needed for fraud prevention, reliability, legal compliance, or operational recovery. These records are not used to restore your deleted account.
If you cannot open EasyKeys or cannot complete deletion from Settings, email us from the address associated with your account:
Include “Delete my EasyKeys account” in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account.
