Delete your EasyKeys account

EasyKeys includes a permanent account deletion option inside the app. When you confirm deletion, your account and associated EasyKeys data are removed from active systems and the app returns to onboarding.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open EasyKeys.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This action is permanent. You should only confirm it if you are sure you no longer want your EasyKeys account or synced learning history.

What is deleted

What may remain temporarily

Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, support emails, or infrastructure logs where needed for fraud prevention, reliability, legal compliance, or operational recovery. These records are not used to restore your deleted account.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot open EasyKeys or cannot complete deletion from Settings, email us from the address associated with your account:

craftedlabswork@gmail.com

Include “Delete my EasyKeys account” in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account.
